Trish McFarlane

Trish is the head of HR for Perficient, Inc., an IT management consulting firm.  She has over 15 years as a practitioner in human resources and communications.  She is also a consultant, writer and speaker.  With expertise in leadership development, employer branding, innovation, change management, social media and all aspects of human resources, Trish is able to capture readers and audiences with real-life examples of the way leadership plays out in organizations. She writes the HR Ringleader blog and is a co-founder of the Women of HR blog.

 

Ben Eubanks

Ben Eubanks is an HR Generalist for Pinnacle Solutions, a government contractor in Huntsville, AL. That role spans the entire HR spectrum, from employee relations and benefits to recruiting and development. He has written the upstartHR blog for over three years, delivering HR “how to,” humility, and humor several times a week.

The blog has led to numerous opportunities, including co-founding the popular Project:Social and HRevolution movements. Ben has also spoken for SHRM chapters, previous HRevolution events, and other groups on social media, HR, and recruiting.

Ben is our web guy.

Crystal Peterson

Crystal Peterson is an HR pro from Louisville Kentucky.

She has been a leader in the HR space for several years now.

One of her favorite non-HR things to do is work on a marriage ministry with her husband.

Crystal is the our logistics whiz.

Steve Boese

Steve brings over twenty years of experience in the implementation of complex human resources technology solutions for global enterprise clientele. Currently, Steve is a Director of Talent Management Strategy for Oracle Corporation helping to create and deliver the next generation of Human Capital Management solutions.

Steve is also a leading HR blogger and hosts the “HR Happy Hour” a popular radio program dedicated to opening the lines of communication among thought leaders, practitioners and service providers in the global human resources field. He has also been invited to speak at numerous HR and industry events like the HR Technology Conference, the HR Executive Forum, the SHRM Annual Conference, and several regional SHRM events. Steve’s blog was selected as the number one Talent Management Blog by the editors of the Fistful of Talent in February 2010.

Steve is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and resides in Rochester, NY.

Matt Stollak

Matthew Stollak, Ph.D., SPHR, is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Saint Norbert College.  He also serves as chapter advisor for the Saint Norbert College Student SHRM Chapter, and is the Social Media Director for the Wisconsin SHRM State Council.
